This live online seminar aims to support engineers who are involved in the handling, processing and storage of potentially combustible or explosive solid materials. Presentations will focus on case studies of incidents to demonstrate where breakdowns can lead to catastrophe, responsibilities and risk assessments to identify key problems, and practical solutions to keep people safe.
One of the key barriers to understanding ATEX and DSEAR is the lack of willingness to be open about incidents where things have gone wrong. Through breakout sessions, this event offers an opportunity for candid discussion of real-world scenarios – with expert feedback on how improvements can be made. Join this seminar to ensure you fully understand your responsibilities, implement best practice, and maximise safety.
